Provide accurate shipment details: dimensions, weight, operability, declared value, and site conditions. Quotes, permits, and carrier assignments are built on your declarations, and your agreement provides for re-pricing or refusal when the real shipment does not match them.
Do not scrape, harvest, bulk-query, or reverse engineer the pricing engine, use bots to generate quotes, resell our rates without written authorization, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities. Rate limiting and monitoring are in place, and we may block traffic that behaves this way.
Do not book with payment methods you are not authorized to use, misrepresent facts to a card issuer or bank, or misuse chargebacks to avoid amounts you agreed to in a signed contract. Your agreement records the evidence we keep and the costs of invalid disputes.
Do not tender contraband, illegal goods, currency, negotiable instruments, undeclared firearms, undeclared hazardous materials, live animals, or persons. Undeclared dangerous goods may be refused, returned, or disposed of at your cost as your agreement provides.
Our dispatchers, drivers, and support staff work under real-world pressure. Abusive, threatening, or fraudulent conduct toward them, or toward carriers at pickup and delivery sites, is grounds for refusal of service.
