These terms govern your use of loadloom.com. Every booked road shipment is governed by the Transportation Service Agreement you review and sign at checkout; every ocean booking is governed by the Container Shipping Terms you accept at booking. Last updated September 17, 2026.
LoadLoom is the operating brand of ShipVista Corporation, a licensed freight forwarder (FMCSA FF-53801, USDOT 3852466) incorporated in Wyoming, USA and Ontario, Canada. We price, arrange, and dispatch shipments performed by qualified, insured third-party carriers.
Our services span road freight (heavy equipment, vehicles, RV, boat, LTL and moving services) and ocean freight arranged as a freight forwarder: full container loads in standard dry units from 20ft to 45ft high cube, refrigerated (reefer) containers, out-of-gauge cargo on flat racks and open tops, breakbulk and heavy-lift cargo, less-than-container-load (LCL) consolidations, roll-on roll-off (RoRo) carriage, and ocean moves of vehicles, machinery and heavy equipment. Ocean carriage itself is performed by ocean carriers under their own bills of lading.
Unless expressly stated in writing, we do not operate as a motor carrier or an ocean carrier.
Instant quotes are estimates calculated from the information you provide: dimensions, weight, locations, operability, declared value, and site conditions. Under PriceLock 30, both displayed prices remain bookable for 30 days from issue, provided the shipment details are unchanged. If the shipment presented at pickup materially differs from its declaration, the price may be adjusted on documented actuals or the pickup may be declined, as set out in the Transportation Service Agreement.
Prices are displayed two ways from the first screen: the Standard Price, payable by any accepted method including credit card, and the Direct-Pay Price, which reflects a bank-payment discount for settlement by EFT, wire, ACH, or Interac. We do not impose a surcharge on card transactions. Card payments are authorized at booking and charged only at dispatch. Card totals above the threshold displayed at checkout include a funds-origin verification transfer, and totals above the displayed ceiling settle by bank transfer only. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at booking by delivery address.
A road booking is formed when you complete checkout, scroll and sign the Transportation Service Agreement (United States or Canada version, as your shipment requires), and authorize payment. Ocean container, reefer, out-of-gauge, breakbulk, LCL and RoRo bookings are governed by the Container Shipping Terms at loadloom.com/container-terms, which you accept at each ocean booking and which incorporate the CIFFA Standard Trading Conditions. The executed agreement or accepted terms with their schedules are your contract of record; where these website terms and that contract differ, the contract controls for the shipment.
You may cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch, and any card authorization is released or bank transfer refunded in full within five business days. After a carrier is dispatched, cancellation is handled through customer care and the fees in your agreement apply. Full details are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Every shipment includes basic carrier liability at the released rate stated in your agreement. Your declared item value is recorded at booking, and full-value coverage is available on request.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy: accurate shipment information, no automated scraping of the pricing engine, no fraudulent bookings or payment disputes, and no tender of prohibited items.
The platform, its pricing engine, content, and branding belong to ShipVista Corporation. The website is provided as is; to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties for the website itself, and our liability in connection with any shipment is defined by the Transportation Service Agreement.
You may add funds to your account balance by card, bank transfer, or other displayed methods, in Canadian or US dollars; each currency is held and reported separately. Deposits are processed immediately, are non-refundable, and never expire: your balance remains on your account until applied to a shipment.
Balances are prepayments for freight services, hold no cash-out right except as stated here, earn no interest, and are not transferable between accounts. If your account is closed in good standing, we may at our discretion refund an unused balance to its original payment source, less payment-processing costs. Where a documented shipment adjustment (for example a verified reweigh) leaves your account owing, we may set the amount off against your balance; a negative balance must be settled before new bookings are accepted.
Container security deposits held on your account under the Container Shipping Terms are shown as held, are never spendable in ordinary course, and are encumbered by the security interest and set-off rights those Terms grant.
Any account in good standing may participate in the Refer & earn program: shareable referral links that pay for unique clicks, genuine quotes, and completed bookings at the rates displayed on the program page, which we may adjust prospectively at any time.
Booking commissions become payable only after the shipment is delivered, the carrier is settled, and no claim is open; commissions attributable to cancelled, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent activity are reversed.
Self-referrals, artificial or automated traffic, misleading advertising, and spam (including messages that violate CASL or CAN-SPAM) are prohibited and forfeit accrued earnings. Cash payouts require the applicable tax form (such as a W-9) and meet the displayed minimum; amounts paid are inclusive of any applicable taxes, and recipients are responsible for their own tax reporting, which we support with the required annual slips (1099-NEC, T4A).
By providing your email address or phone number you consent to receive transactional communications about your quotes, bookings, shipments, and account: emails, calls, and text messages (SMS, and WhatsApp where you use it) on our published business lines in the United States and Canada.
Text messaging is strictly transactional; we do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies by shipment, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help, and opting out never affects your shipment, which we then coordinate by phone or email.
Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Some quotes and shipment records display an estimated carbon figure (CO2e). It is a screening estimate produced from industry-standard default factors as described at loadloom.com/co2-methodology: informational only, not a measured, certified, or audited figure, not an offset or carbon-neutrality claim, and no part of any contract of carriage or of the price. If your reporting requires primary data, treat it as a screening estimate only.
Use of this website is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Each booked shipment is governed by the law and forum stated in its own agreement: the Transportation Service Agreement for road shipments (Wyoming and U.S. federal law for shipments touching the United States, Ontario for Canada-domestic) and the Container Shipping Terms for ocean bookings.
Under those documents, disputes with United States customers are resolved by binding individual arbitration (American Arbitration Association) with a small-claims option and a class-action waiver; those customers may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting their agreement by written notice to legal@loadloom.com, and coordinated mass filings are administered in batches under the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules as their agreement states; disputes with everyone else go to the courts of Ontario. Consumers keep every right their provincial consumer protection law makes non-waivable, and arbitration and the class waiver do not apply to consumers resident in Quebec, who may bring proceedings in the courts of Quebec.
