We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the quote console, checkout, and documents, consistent with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the ADA. Labeled form fields, keyboard navigation, focus states, and readable contrast are part of our design system, and an audit pass is on our engineering roadmap.
Some interactive elements, including the live route maps and third-party payment fields, come from external providers and may lag our standard. Printed documents are generated as real text, not images, so screen readers and PDF tools can read them.
Everything the website does, a human can do with you: call 855-434-3477 Ext 3, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST, and we will quote, book, and send your documents by email.
If any part of the platform is hard to use with assistive technology, or you need a document in an alternate format, email customercare@loadloom.com with the subject 'Accessibility' and we will respond within two business days. Reports like these genuinely change our build priorities.
