Freight rates move every day. Most brokers quote you one number and charge you another. We built PriceLock 30 so that can't happen to you.
LoadLoom honors your quoted price for 30 days from the date it is issued. If our rates rise during that window, you still pay your locked price, we absorb the difference. If our rates fall before you book, you pay the lower price. The lock applies to all four service levels on your quote.
The lock applies to the shipment as quoted: the dimensions, weight, condition, route, and site conditions you entered. Changing any of those generates a new quote at current rates, that's a different shipment, not a broken promise. Pickup and delivery addresses may differ from the quoted locations by up to 15 miles.
Quotes expire 30 days after issue and re-price at current rates. Your quote link shows its exact expiry date, and every price on it stays visible until then.
