A plain list of every cookie and tracking technology on this site, what it does, and how you can control it. Last updated July 15, 2026.
Cookies and browser storage required for the site to work: keeping your quote and checkout progress, remembering your language choice, and protecting forms. These cannot be switched off because the site does not function without them, and they contain no advertising identifiers.
Microsoft Clarity records anonymized heatmaps and session replays so we can see where the site confuses people and fix it. Google Tag Manager coordinates our measurement tags. Analytics data is used in aggregate and never to price your shipment.
We use conversion pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, TikTok, and Microsoft Advertising. They tell those platforms that a visit or booking happened so our advertising is measured and relevant. Under California law some of this activity may count as 'sharing' for cross-context behavioral advertising; the opt-out lives on our Do Not Sell or Share page.
Google Maps powers the route maps and address autocomplete and sets its own cookies under Google's policies. Our payment processor sets cookies during payment strictly for fraud prevention and processing.
Analytics and advertising cookies load only if you choose Accept all on our cookie banner; choosing Essential only keeps them off entirely, and your choice is remembered for 12 months. To revisit it any time, use the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically. Beyond that, you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, or the industry tools at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.ca.
