Who pays the carrier?

You do, on your own terms, stated on every post. LoadLoom is the venue: carriers see your verified authority, your on-platform record, and your terms before they request.

How are carriers vetted?

Every carrier passed our onboarding: FMCSA authority verified live, insurance on file, performance scored on completed platform hauls. You see the same profile our own dispatch sees.

Can Canadian brokerages join?

Yes, with or without FMCSA authority. Without it, you can post Canada-domestic and cross-border loads; US-domestic posts require FMCSA broker authority, and the platform enforces this automatically.

Is there an API?

Yes: post and list loads and read carrier requests by API, with webhook events when carriers request, sign, or complete. Your AI assistant can run it too, through the LoadLoom MCP server.
