LoadLoom for Forwarders ยท channel partner program

Your customers. Your prices. Our container rails.

You run a yard or a book of container clients. We run the rails: carrier bookings, cutoff clocks, export reporting, shipping instructions, VGM, bills of lading. Put the two together and your customers book themselves at prices you set, while your margin lands on a monthly statement.

How the program works

We open a partner desk for you with your own booking link. Share the link and your customers register under your book: they see your prices, you earn the difference between your partner cost and your sell price on every booking, automatically. You set one default margin for everything and override any lane you care about; lanes we have not priced yet go to our rate desk and come back with your margin already applied. Your desk shows your bookings, your customers, their document discipline, and your earnings, with team seats so your own staff can work it.

The part your team will feel first

The 48 hour scramble ends. Your customer keys their own shipping instruction, VGM and export data into validated forms, the platform enforces the filing order, and reminders fire before every cutoff so nobody calls you the night before a documentation deadline. You watch it all happen from your desk instead of doing it all by hand.

Straight answers

Who owns the customer relationship?

You do. Customers who join through your link are attributed to you by contract, book at your prices, and earn you the margin on every booking. We commit in writing not to solicit your attributed customers to switch pricebooks.

Do my customers see my margin or my cost?

Never. Your customers see only your sell price; your cost from us is confidential to you, and our carrier buy rates are confidential to us. Three layers, each sealed.

How do I set my prices?

One default margin, percent or flat, covers your whole book; per-lane overrides win where you set them; and unpriced lanes go to our rate desk, with your margin applied automatically the moment the lane is priced.

What does my customer actually get?

The full LoadLoom booking room: locked quotes, every carrier cutoff on a clock, Canadian export reporting handled in order, shipping instruction and VGM forms that validate as they type, draft bill of lading review, and reminders before every deadline.

What does it cost me?

The program has no subscription. You buy at your partner rate and sell at yours; platform fees are disclosed line by line. Partners maintain a deposit on file, and every partner customer passes the same verification and deposit rules as everyone else.

How do I join?

Apply online in about two minutes at loadloom.com/partners/apply. A human reviews within two business days; approved partners sign the Channel Partner Agreement right on the site, complete Partner University, fund the deposit, and the desk goes live.

Become a partner

Two minutes to apply, two business days to a decision, and everything signs right on the site.

The program terms live in Schedule A of the Container Shipping Terms.
