How verification works

1. Enter your MC or DOT number. We pull your FMCSA record live: legal name, broker authority, bond on file. Most fields prefill.
2. Canadian brokerage without FMCSA authority? Register on the Canadian path: you can post Canada-domestic and cross-border loads, never US-domestic (that requires FMCSA broker authority; the form enforces it).
3. Sign the Broker Load Board Agreement electronically; your signature is recorded with full verification evidence.
4. Review inside one business day. Then post. We re-verify authority against FMCSA weekly, forever; that is why carriers trust the board.

Governed by the Broker Load Board Agreement. Broker loads are paid by the posting broker; LoadLoom is the venue, never a party.
