RV Country Fresno is a dealer group in the United States (Dealership (buyers need delivery/transport)). When the hammer falls, the transport clock starts: buyers remove purchases inside the sale's removal window or pay storage after it. Your carrier checks in with the lot number and paid invoice. Height with the roof air unit and whether the unit runs decide driveaway versus hauled; the quote compares both honestly. Book before the sale closes and the pickup is scheduled inside the free window.
| Where | the United States; the exact lot address goes in the pickup field above |
| Carrier check-in | Lot number + paid invoice |
| Removal window | Stated on your winning invoice; book before it closes |
| Our transport desk | 855-434-3477 Ext 3 ยท customercare@loadloom.com |
| Height | Include roof air conditioners, antennas and vents; over 13 ft 6 in needs route planning |
| Drivable | Running motorhomes qualify for driveaway, usually the cheaper option |
| Towables | Travel trailers and fifth wheels tow on their own axles when tires and lights are road-legal |
| Slide-outs | Retracted and locked before pickup; awnings secured |
Before you bid: price the haul while the lot is open; the quote is free and locked 30 days, so transport becomes a number you bid around. The day you win: book, send us the lot number, and we coordinate gate check-in and loading. Pickup week: dispatch confirms before your window, permits are filed, a vetted carrier with $2 million minimum liability loads at the yard, and you track door to door.
Express next-day pickup exists for exactly this moment; priority dispatch typically reaches a yard in 1 to 2 business days; standard service books inside most removal windows. Every tier on your quote shows its pickup window and delivery date.
Yes. Non-runners are normal at auction. Toggle starts-and-drives to No in the form and the carrier arrives equipped for winch loading; the handling is priced into the quote, never added at the gate.
LoadLoom's licensed customs broker prepares the entry from the invoice, title or bill of sale and certificate of origin you upload in the booking checklist; the carrier presents them at the crossing. Duties, where they apply, are shown before you book and billed at actual.
Yes. Add each item in the form; they price together and often share a trailer, which is usually cheaper than two bookings.
